Sometimes you may experience that a device stops sending data or is not responding on commands. That may happen because of a number of reasons.
First thing to do could be pressing ‘Refresh’ on Homematic IP page on ‘Devices & Services’ section. In many cases, this action should help.
However, if this doesn’t help, please try ‘Revoke access and delete data’ and then connect Homematic IP again with a new authentication key.
Please note, that all the projects on Conrad Connect will be switched off. Once reconnected, it’s needed to switch them manually back on. Also note, that historical data in the dashboard widgets will also be deleted. If that data is required, please consider only to ‘Revoke access’ without deleting data.
However, have in mind, that reauthenticating can produce some unwanted results. Therefore, please also do the following: in Homematic IP App go to ‘User overview’ section in settings, tap and hold on ‘Conrad Connect Client’ and delete it. If there are two ‘Conrad Connect Clients’ then delete the older one.
