For using Innogy products with Conrad Connect, please make sure that the latest version of software and firmware is installed on the Innogy gateway. This update is usually installed when the smartphone app starts up.
Also note that to use Innogy you need a valid 'Mobile Access'. You can check the status of 'Mobile Access' after logging in to the Innogy App and on the Innogy website in the 'Services' and 'Mobile Access' categories.
When the system is set up you can authenticate it from the 'Products and Apps' page using your Innogy credentials.
