Please note that due to Homematic IP API implementation and security purposes not all the device functions are fully available.
Important note:
For triggering Homematic IP actuators via Conrad Connect also if the security mode is set to 'Presence mode' or 'Absence mode' the settings in the app need to be changed once:
Within Homematic IP App click consecutively on 'Settings', 'Voice control and additional services' and on 'Control during active alarm mode'. Choose the preferred mode setting in which mode you allow Conrad Connect to trigger Homematic IP actuators, e.g. 'in every mode'.
Alarm Sirene
Due to security reasons it is not allowed to trigger an alarm manually or deactivate an alarm remotely. It is offered to set an alarm for a 'Presence mode' or an 'Absence mode'. When sensors, assigned to security in the app, detect something, an alarm will be raised.
Remote controller and wall mounted remote controller
In order to use different types of remote controllers on Conrad Connect an action 'Assignment' to buttons is needed. Go to 'Menu', 'Device overview' and select a desired remote controller. An automation within the app is needs to be set up.
This limitation is caused by a provided Homematic IP API.
Brightness
Brightness is not provided by a Homematic IP API as a parameter. It means that devices which have brightness or sensor (such as Motion Sensor (brightness) will not transfer a parameter to Conrad Connect.
Mode sensor
Due to security reasons a Homematic IP API does not allow third party services to request a current status of security mode, so there is no such sensor on Conrad Connect.
Mode controller actuator
Due to security reasons 'Presence' and 'Absence' modes could not be switched off once activated. Also note that once 'Absence mode' is activated, it cannot be switched directly to 'Presence mode'. An alarm needs to be deactivated first.
Switch Actuator – with signal lamp
The switch actuator can be triggered. The signal lamp is not integrated yet.
