If errors occur when linking your devices with Conrad Connect or the devices are not displayed in the project editor, please note the following:
- Please use the device's app to verify that the device is properly connected to the Internet and that data is submitted to the device manufacturer's associated app. Please note that the actual usable or displayable data may differ depending on your device model. Conrad Connect can usually display only those data that appear in the app of your product.
- Click on the category "Products and Services" then below the device name and then on "Refresh". It may also be helpful to reload the browser page. Note that your devices, sensors, and actuators in the manufacturer app must each be named differently (e.g., different names for each individual lamp and each gateway).
- You can also reconnect the device to Conrad Connect using "Revoke access and delete data" function. If a previous device data is needed, then please consider "Revoke access" function. It should keep historical data, although using the first function is prior.
Once the access is revoked you can authenticate your devices again
