Dashboard or project doesn't display correctly?
If issue persists after page refresh, proceed to the next step:
- Once dashboard is open, there is the plus sign in the lower right corner. Please check if you can select the missing widgets again.
- Press "CTRL+SHIFT+R" on your keyboard to reload the website without 'cache'.
- Please submit us a screenshot of the browser's developer console while this Conrad Connect Dashboard is open via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form to help us to narrow down the error.
To open the console, please press the F12 key, then select the console tab 'Console', refresh the web page (F5 key) (here you get a red error message) and then please take a screenshot.
Clear the 'Cache' and 'Cookies' of your browser.
- If this still does not help, check under "Products and Apps" if your devices are still connected whose widgets were on the dashboard or were connected in the projects concerned. If not, re-authenticate the devices and add them to your dashboard again.
